**Distribution Coordinator - Part Time - Doncaster - Competitive Salary**
**Key Responsibilities of a Distribution Coordinator**:
- Monitoring and coordinating various logistics providers, within contract constraints of the delivery in a timely manner and within agreed lead times
- Engage with Internal and External logistics suppliers to ensure accurate and up to date information is provided regarding product movements
- Accurately and efficiently administer all Direct Delivery, Retailer Transfer and Self-Collect requests from the brand ensuring all products are delivered to customers and retailers on the agreed dates.
- Monitor, record, and report on performance of all contracted logistics suppliers using various Excel based worksheets for KPI monitoring and contractual reporting
- Undertaking other duties as directed commensurate with the level of the job function
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook along with excellent and confident communication skills.
- As the majority of reporting is spreadsheet based, a high level of Excel experience would be required.
- A knowledge of the automotive and logistics industry along with a background in a logistics function would be advantageous.
- You will be required to present an image benefitting the brand in all circumstances.
- Must have excellent attention detail
- Have good communication skills
- Professional and able to multi task
- Confident in speaking with customers over the phone and face to face

- Wednesday - Friday
- 09:00 - 17:15
