**About the Role**:
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a SHEQ/Fleet Coordinator to join our Doncaster team. The person we are looking for will be a seasoned, diligent administrator, with robustness, a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.

We are looking for this individual to be able to work on multiple tasks at any given time and be able to recommend and develop processes whereby they don’t currently exist.

A previous role in a similar industry is preferred.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Fleet**
- Sending out timed reports on fleet activity relating to but not limited to speeding, curfew violation and maintenance.
- Completing vehicle user license checks
- Quoting for and ordering new vehicles, dealing with the distribution of these to end users
- Off-hiring vehicles when due
- Maintaining control upkeep of fleet management software
- Work with fleet management software company to implement new process where needed.

**SHEQ**
- Collation of SHEQ data and statistics
- Supporting senior management in the discharging of their responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate records are kept for all SHEQ related matters
- Ensuring weekly SHEQ actions are completed
- Issuing weekly inspection lists to 3rd parties
- Liaise with key stakeholders in all departments to ensure full compliance

**Other**
- Support key stakeholders across the business in upkeeping our company accreditations (MCS, NICEIC, CHAS, Construction Line etc)
- Control any company audits, being the communicator between senior management and third-party organisations.

**Skills & Experience**:
**Essential**
- Excellent computer skills to include working knowledge of Windows based software programmes. Microsoft word/excel is essential.
- Confidence in your ability to make decisions and follow them through
- Strong ability to persuade and influence
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Clear communication skills between customers and colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail

**Desirable**
- A background in any of the following:

- Construction/Logistics support/Operations/Manufacturing/Renewable
technology, in the energy efficiency marketplace/Health and Safety/Fleet
Management
- An undergraduate degree
- H&S qualification
- Experience managing MCS, ISO or equivalent QMS

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
