A BRAND-NEW opportunity for a**Sales Support**focused on support the sales team with order processing, provisioning, and ad-hoc administration.
As an **Sales Support**you will efficiently support and work closely with the account managers. The focus will be checking and validating opportunities on the CRM system, the processing of orders through the CRM, Putting extensions through theCRM, and any ad hoc support of Sales in the administration of their opportunities
**Responsibilities of the Sales Support**
- Pro Active management of loan returns and renewal processes.
- Understand Rental Management System (Internal database) g. Contracts, Availability, Product & Asset Details, Purchase Orders
- Management of inbox and ability to multitask.
- Assist Program Manager with ad hoc reporting.
- Raise/process quotes when requested.
- Raise/process Purchase Orders
- Proactive communication with (internal) Operations Teams - warehouse/engineering/logistics.
- Raising fault logs/swap outs
- Raising Manual Invoices/Credits/ Proformas
- Tracking orders and collections and proactive response to customer queries raised
- Effective resolution, management and reporting of Shortages and Damages.
- Raising collections, managing collection and extension process across loan pools.
- Play an active role working with the team to make process improvement and
- Capability to manage routine inbound customer requests.
