**Internal Sales Executive**

**Starting salary £25k - £28k plus bonus**

**Internal Sales Executive - Wokingham**

**The Company**
- Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive - they recognise ability, talent and potential and offer great opportunities for career progression.

**The Role**
- As Internal Sales Executive, you will manage and build relationships with a portfolio of existing customers, delivering growth and maintaining loyalty to secure repeat business.
- Understanding your customer's needs is key to you developing business and building a strong sales pipeline, converting leads and opportunities into sales.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure that customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Managing your own targets, workload and activity, you will build, increase and develop sales with existing, new and lapsed customers.
- You will work closely with external sales teams and customer service colleagues to drive sales and reach agreed targets.
- Utilising all available resources, you will identify and pursue opportunities and communicate effectively with customers at all levels, successfully managing accounts and budgets and achieving sales, revenue and profit targets.
- Maintaining and building strong customer relationships are key to your success in this role.
- To be considered for the role of Internal Sales Executive, you will have a successful background in internal sales, with strong customer relationship management skills.
- Customer focused, with excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills and be self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
- You will be ambitious, hungry, goal and target oriented and driven by your own success and achievement.
- Working in a fast-paced sales environment comes naturally to you, as does overcoming objections, whilst still delivering excellent customer service.
- You will be self-motivated with drive and enthusiasm and be results driven and energetic, with a can-do attitude.
