Job Post: Supplier Liaison Officer - Security Company
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and proactive Supplier Liaison Officer to join our esteemed security company. As the Supplier Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations, strengthening supplier relations, and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance our clients' security experience. Your main focus will be on working closely with our operations team, conducting meetings with clients, and effectively resolving any issues or queries that arise, all while fostering positive relationships with suppliers.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and our security services.
2. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their security needs, address concerns, and cultivate strong partnerships.
3. Work alongside the Operations Manager to strategize and implement efficient supplier management practices.
4. Investigate and analyze security-related issues and queries raised by clients by engaging in meaningful conversations with officers, control personnel, and operations managers.
5. Devise effective solutions to promptly and amicably resolve security matters with clients, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
6. Maintain open and clear communication channels with suppliers to foster a productive working relationship.
7. Monitor and analyze KPIs related to supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
8. Focus on increasing the number of hours of security service provided by suppliers to bolster overall client security.
9. Continuously evaluate supplier performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a leading edge in supplier management within the security sector.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in supplier liaison, operations management, or a related field within the security industry.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal security teams.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to investigate and resolve security-related issues efficiently.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also displaying proactive and independent qualities when required.
5. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
6. Strong analytical mindset to assess KPIs and identify areas for improvement in security services.
7. Knowledge of supplier relationship management techniques and strategies within the security domain.
8. Bachelor's degree in business, security management, operations, or a related field (preferred).
