Office Administrator

We are a firm of accountants based in Hainault, Ilford.
We are actively seeking an Office Administrator to maintain our client records and co-ordinate administrative duties in a busy and challenging environment.
This position will facilitate the smooth running of the office. You will be responsible for answering telephone calls, meeting and greeting clients, creating new client records, maintaining and updating existing client records, consumables orders and general office duties; all with a high level of accuracy and reliability.
Although it would be advantageous, you do not necessarily to have prior experience.
Primarily, you will be able to demonstrate:
- a forward thinking attitude to work
- have examples of situations where you have had to work on your own initiative
- have flawless communication skills both written and verbal
- have IT literacy ( Must be familiar with Word and Excel and fairly good typing speed)
