- **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Providing administration support to all areas of the office based team
- Answering telephone and handling queries
- Utilising IT including, SimPro, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Internet
- Creating client information on database
- Generating invoices and credits
- Sign offs of client information when complete
- Updating of client monitoring information
- Monthly review of monitoring information
- Daily monitoring of ARC edits
- Updating newsletter subscription list
- Police force audits
- Taking payments via database
- Dedicated support for specific projects
- To provide reliable, quality support to our clients at all times
- Provide assistance and training to other Amthal team members as required
- Ensure you operate in line with Amthal’s Vision Mission and Values
