Apprentice: Clinical Associate Psychologist

Job Purpose:1. To undertake the 18 month CAP apprenticeship programme, encompassing work based practice and learning with academic teaching andstudy2. To work as a semi-autonomous psychological practitioner under the direct supervision of an experienced and HCPC registered ClinicalPsychologist3. To provide effective evidence-based care in line with National and Local guidelines4. To manage a caseload and be responsible for proactive care delivery decisions - within the scope of practice and under the supervision of aHCPC registered Clinical Psychologist5. With training, to plan, assess, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
