**The Job**

Logistics Administrator required for a creative manufacturing company producing high-end luxury goods for the interiors market. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Logistics Manager and the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

You will be working in a creative environment with a diverse workforce who are professional, conscientious, and supportive.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Deal with ad hoc tasks that come up on a day-to-day basis
- Book in samples, pack and send out
- Request shipping quotes from shippers, add to system and forward to the sales department
- Raise purchase orders for shippers
- Packing Lists - check with Art Handlers and raise paperwork accordingly, along with any supporting paperwork for crates
- Raise shipping invoices - to raise from WFM/Booking form and completed images files
- To assist with the team meetings with Art Handlers to go over the day ahead/week ahead
- Assist with booking carriers and shippers, arranging installs and collections and tracking deliveries
- Collect Export shipping documentation and certificates and issue to Finance
- Meet with sales and production teams weekly
- Chase up installs instructions if none in folder (keep on top of this regularly)

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Competent with using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Genuine interest in developing and learning about logistics
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential. What’s important is that you have the ability and willingness to learn, building upon your transferable skills
