**PAN MARKETING LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR**

Pan Marketing are seeking an enthusiastic, task driven and self-motivated individual to support the Head of Logistics with their busy workload.

Pan Marketing are a global supplier of FMCG products with extensive experience in supplying direct to retailers and other food service groups for over 40 years. They are renowned for their innovative, pragmatic, and creative approach to food solutions which meet customer and end-consumer demands and trends.

They are currently looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their dynamic Supply Chain and Logistics team. This is a full-time position, based in their head office at Sidcup (DA14).

**PRIMARY PURPOSE**

The primary purpose of this role is to monitor and manage inventories, and support with the forecasting of sales and production levels, working with factories, owned warehouses and third parties, as well as supporting logístical and haulier projects.

**THE ROLE**

The Logistics Assistant role will require the following objectives:

- Demonstration of effective cross-functional working to achieve successful results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities will change and need to be acted on quickly.
- High level of logical thought used in problem solving.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.
- Ability to deal with data from various sources and use it to make business decisions.
- Be responsible for the company inventory and stock control.
- Work closely with the Head of logistics and Procurement Manager to ensure successful and timely deliveries.
- Responsibility for preparing and shipping product samples and shipping documentation.
- Processing Orders and creating POD’s.
- Confident processing and checking forwarder/carrier invoices & sales/supplier invoices.
- Support for other team members during day-to-day activities, including but not limited to administrative tasks.
- The hours for this position are 37.5 hours a week, 09:00 to 17:30 Monday - Friday, and is office based.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Computer literate with good use of Microsoft packages, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident in working to tight deadlines in a high-pressured environment.
- Highly organised individual
- Represent the company in a personable style with a positive attitude.
- A willingness to strive to be the best version of yourself and exceed company expectations.
