We’re looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our Logistics team on a permanent basis.

**Key activities**
- Oversight of end-to-end order processing.
- Managing stock on our system & keeping track of movements.
- Responsible for resolving stock issues, order administration & system accuracy.
- Liaising with our 3PL providers in the UK & EU.
- Checking all inbound & outbound stock movements & ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Logging order issue data for monthly metric reporting.
- Clearly communicate any order issues to our Customer Support Team and work closely with them for their timely resolution.
- Allocate & manage stock allocation to ensure products and parts are available.
- Creating inbound inventory orders in Amazon Seller Central.
- Providing customs with the necessary paperwork for goods to be received.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Oversight of end-to-end order processing.
- Documenting processes.

**Personal profile**
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- An organised multitasker with the ability to prioritise, and a strong eye for detail.
- Preferably previous experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations.
- An interest in music is essential

**Salary**

The salary range is between £25,000-28,000 per annum, but as ever, is dependent on experience and perceived ability.

**Location**

This role will be mainly remote working from home, with attendance at our office near London Bridge required once a week. There will also be the potential for occasional travel within UK and Europe.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
