We're currently looking for a new colleague to join our Project Management & Customer Implementation Team in the position of Customer Implementation Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer needs into APL Logistics terminology and lead the customer implementation from on-boarding, or re-implementation when needed.
  • Lead project management topics into our operational, regional team.
  • Verify with the Systems, Processes, Training, Agents Pillars on potential lean implementation opportunities.
  • Gather information from operational systems such as Customer Profiles, Quotations, etc.
  • Align and communicate with National Continuous Improvement Managers.
  • Transfer project goals into the operational regional team with sufficient project management, including meetings, documentation, and time management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in project management, business administration.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations.
  • Process-driven/results-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Systems affinity, knowledge, and experience.
  • Conflict and stress management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must-have, and German would be a plus.
