- Relationship owner of the everyday ‘business as usual' provisions of the Occupational Health Service, linking in with the Culture & Engagement Team to help drive any strategic changes in terms of Occupational Health provision.
- Work closely with Employee Relations and be the escalation point and manage a caseload, for individual cases / scenarios where adjustments are required and drive the processes/ actions through to implementation.

**About you**:

- Expert in managing and championing disability, accessibility, and adjustments in the workplace.
- Proven track record in devising workplace accessibility processes from inception, embedding new ways of working and overcoming challenges or resistance to progression.
