Office and Sales Assistant

Etills Ltd is a successful manufacturing company based in Melbourn, Royston, specialising in plastic rotational moulding of bulk containers and spill containment.
We have a vacancy for an office and sales assistant with a "can do" attitude, who can make a significant contribution to the ongoing growth of the company.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer telephone calls
- Take orders and messages
- Create transport labels
- Post payment of invoices
- Post provider invoices
- Create invoices and sales orders
- Collate order and file documents daily
- Carry out weekly end of day checks
- Complete draft reconciliation checks
- Price check provider invoices
- Price check products
- Help out with other tasks as required
**Qualities**
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Accuracy in typing and data entry
- Organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to prioritize
- Good communication skills
- Polite telephone manner
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts an advantage, but not essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Royston, SG8 6NA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
