Administration Coordinator

We are looking for an **organised** and **detail-oriented** Assistant Coordinator to join our team at our office in Thriplow, Duxford.
- Responsibilities:_
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, preparing reports, etc.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare presentations and documents as requested by management
- Update schedules and assist planning program
- Greet visitors upon arrival and provide general assistance
- Use of Microsoft Office, Teams and Dynamics365
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
- Requirements:_
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role ideal but not essential
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
