- Salary - £22,734.34 pa **(£10.90)**:

- 20% Pay Enhancement for working Waking Nights **(£13.08) per hour**:

- **£40 **additional payment for Sleeping Nights.
- Bank/overtime paid weekly

Our Service in Samlesbury Preston (PR5) is home to some amazing people we support The people we support are young energetic adults, who love to be active They love staff getting involved in their activities and having fun.

**So what do the people we support love to do?**
- They love being out in the community.
- Relaxing at home having movie days.
- Going to the Cinemas.
- Swimming.
- Playing football.
- Playing all sorts of sports/Trying new sports.
- Going to visit football stadiums.
- Day trips.
- Bowling.
- Tramlining.
- Partying
- Walking.
- Visiting museums.

Here at Future Directions CIC, we always have the same goal, which is to provide the best person centred care possible, to make all of the people we support feel safe, supported and happy.

Within some of our services, manual handling may be a requirement, however all training will be provided in order to carry this out safely and professionally. Our services have a diverse range of needs, where certain equipment will be necessary to provide the require support.
