HR Co-ordinator salary between £22,000 - £25,000 per year dependant upon experience.
To support the Head of HR and HR team with delivery of the HR strategy
**To undertake HR administration tasks or the department**
Main Job Responsibilities:
To refer any matters, where necessary to the relevant managers/escalate to Head of HR
**To support with all HR administration tasks within the department**
Note-taking as and when required for first stage/low level HR matters
**To support the recruitment officer with new starter paperwork**
To administer any changes and check updates on the Access system
**Support with any paternity, maternity and sickness absence cases**
To support the Head of HR with policy updates
**To support the Head of HR with any HR projects as and when required**
To assist with engagement and wellbeing initiatives
**To ensure documents and cases are handled with attention to detail and in line with GDPR requirements**
Additional HR tasks as an when required
**To ensure employees personnel files are updated at all times**
To maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with employee matters at all times
**Knowledge and Experience**

**A key understanding of HR legislation (essential)**
HR Administration and experience in a previous HR role (essential)
**Level 3 CIPD (achieved or part-qualified)**
Knowledge of the automotive industry (desirable)
**Skills**:
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills**
The ability to challenge where appropriate
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills

- Confident and helpful manner
- A strong willingness to learn and a strong desire to progress
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines as set by Head of HR

Please note this role is based at Castle Donington however there will be a requirement to travel to other sites (Cannock, Leeds, Sutton) in addition we will consider Hybrid working arrangements for this role.
