As a Workplace Support Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations
  2. Conducting data entry and maintaining HR systems
  3. C co-ordinating training sessions and professional development initiatives
  4. Supporting recruitment processes and procedures
  5. Owning labour contract agreements and ensuring IR35 Compliance
  6. Leading annual policy reviews and updates
  7. Completing HR projects as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High-level data accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation
