As a coordinator, you will perform maintenance tasks, support engineers, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Conduct routine maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and fabric work
  • Support the manager and engineers to ensure smooth site operations
  • Maintain accurate records and update the CAFM system

Requirements:

  • Technical certifications, such as an NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary: £45,000 + van per annum
