Facilities Support Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Support Coordinator to join our national Property Maintenance Helpdesk Team in Derby. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving repair requests, ordering work to be carried out by approved contractors, and developing effective working relationships with local operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve repair requests from Nacro staff and service users, ensuring timely completion of works.
- Monitor progress on repair and maintenance work, liaising with contractors to minimise delays and ensure targets are met.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, landlords, and partner agencies.
Requirements:
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance (training provided).
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Salary and Benefits:
