Job Overview:
Build Recruitment is seeking a qualified Caretaker and Facilities Coordinator for our Client located in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your career in facilities management and caretaking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, operational management, and security supervision of the site and its equipment. This includes carrying out building fabric repairs, adjustments, maintenance, installations, and removals, ensuring all work is completed on time and adheres to Health and Safety standards. They will also liaise with contractors, including cleaning services, to monitor their work.

We require the successful candidate to have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undergo a new one. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in facilities management and caretaking, working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
