Facilities Management Coordinator Job Description

Mainstay Recruitment is looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator to support the site manager and oversee engineers across various sites in Derby and East Midlands. The ideal candidate will have technical qualifications in FM, experience in a supervisory role, and a strong understanding of health and safety standards.

Job Key Points:

  • Collaborate with the site manager to oversee site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Lead a team of engineers to perform routine inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in updating documentation, including the CAFM system with electronic files.
  • Evaluate performance metrics to optimize site operations and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Technical qualifications in FM (e.g., NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
  • Experience in a supervisory role.
  • Background working across commercial sites for a service provider.

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £44,000 + van, based on location and industry standards.
