Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities and Projects professional to join our team as a Site Manager Lead. In this role, you will oversee multi-site facilities projects, manage project plans, allocate and manage costs, and contractor resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring they are managed within budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors and vendors.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in multi-site facilities projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work remotely with a mixture of home/office/site-based work
Estimated Salary: £55,000 + benefits
