Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities and Projects professional to join our team as a Site Manager Lead. In this role, you will oversee multi-site facilities projects, manage project plans, allocate and manage costs, and contractor resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring they are managed within budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors and vendors.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in multi-site facilities projects
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work remotely with a mixture of home/office/site-based work

Estimated Salary: £55,000 + benefits
