HR Coordinator

An exciting new position has become available to join a brand new HR function within KLINGER UK Ltd on the outskirts of Bradford. We are a Global leader in gasket technology, with presence across 60 countries and more than 2500 employees.
This role will report to the UK HR Business Partner, and will support with day to day HR related administrative tasks, as well as being an integral part of building and forming the HR function across our 8 UK sites by being involved in exciting initiatives and projects.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some experience in a generalist HR Administration role. You will also have excellent attention to detail, very strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to work with a willingness to learn and develop.
In return, you will receive coaching and support from the HR Business Partner, as well as support from a very friendly group of colleagues and leadership. You will be given opportunities to learn and develop by planning small projects, and being an integral part in various elements of change management.
This will be a thoroughly rewarding experience for someone who wants exposure and experience in a generalist HR role.

We have an additional six regional manufacturing facilities spanning the UK.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
