Key Responsibilities

The Employee Relations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager with ER cases, performance management, and recruitment processes. You will work closely with line managers to provide guidance and support on HR-related matters and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to line managers across a wide range of HR queries
  • Supporting managers and the HR Manager with ER cases and coordinating and conducting interviews, investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances
  • Support with HR and Payroll administration
  • Manage HR systems and ensure accuracy
  • Supporting HR Officers with recruitment processes and onboarding

The ideal candidate will have previous HR Advisor experience, strong knowledge of ER processes and handling, and excellent communication skills. A good understanding of UK employment law and ACAS best practices is also essential.
