You will be supporting a talented bunch of individuals who need someone who is organised and efficient. You will be adaptable, and able to work in different environments and under pressure where required.

PA to Associate Directors Duties:

- Calendar Scheduling and Management
- Handling confidential and sensitive information
- Maintain and organize the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prioritize commitments, ensuring the efficient use of time
- Draft and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Arrange domestic and potentially international travel, including flights, train journeys, accommodations, transportation, and visas
- Prepare itineraries and travel packs, ensuring all necessary documents are in order
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Work closely with Finance to prepare expense reports and manage expense tracking
- Handle personal and professional errands as needed
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including room bookings, catering, and logistics
- Work alongside other PA’s and Exec PA’s to coordinate across the Group
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries or reports
- Compile data and information for presentations or projects
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
- Assist in prioritizing tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met
- Colleagues, Visitors, partner organisations, Stakeholders
- Provide a range of information, research, and reports as required; this may include processing financial or statistical information

This is an overview of all the different duties you may get up to - but the role is very busy and varied so two days are never the same. You will get involved in project work and is very varied.

We are looking for:

- An experienced PA with demonstrable experience
- If you have transferable skills from a team administrator role, or an office manager role - we would still like to hear from you.
- A real people person who can communicate well with others
- Skilled in diary management and travel bookings - ensuring 100% accuracy
- Ability to think ahead and foresight issues for the directors if applicable
- Ability to take minutes is desirable

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
