**About Us:** Federal Management System, Inc. is a leading provider of rural land management and consultancy services. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Rural Estates to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate management, with experience in managing rural estates and advising on strategic land promotions. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including private medical cover, 27 days annual leave, and a bonus scheme.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a high-performing team of junior colleagues
  • Develop and implement effective estate management strategies
  • Provide expert advice to clients on rural land management and consultancy services
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • MRICS qualified rural surveyor with experience in delivering work across a range of projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
