**Job Purpose**

The role of Telematics Job Bookings Co-ordinator** **is really important to us. You will be responsible for building and sustaining a first-class relationship with all customers whilst arranging the engineer visits for the telematics order requests as well as managing customer expectations, quoting realistic timeframes to complete tasks, in line with workload.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Management of CRM to schedule telematics order requests, ensuring guidelines are adhered to in line with company requirements and agreed customer contractual SLA’s.
- Working closely with all relevant stakeholders both internally and externally, to ensure engineer visits are completed successfully.
- Ownership and co-ordination of each stage of the process, to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivered.
- Raising stock requests, where applicable within each order.
- Updating of all assets in line with company guidelines and billing requirements.

**What do we expect of you?**
- Experience within a customer focused environment is desirable.
- Previous expertise in engineer scheduling is desirable.
- Problem solving skills with focus on quality and the onboarding customer service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate proficiently both written and verbal
- Able to adapt and succeed in a fast paced, changing environment.
- The ability to manage time and work comfortably under pressure, to complete required tasks to required deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet both client and business needs.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office
- Teams, Word, Excel etc.
