You will provide administrative support to the Riverside Foundation in the allocation of its annual budget to community projects and strategic services to benefit the customers of The Riverside Group.

**Role Profile**

Support in the management of projects submitted to the Riverside Foundation for funding:

- Support the Foundation Project Co-ordinator with the management and monitoring of Riverside Foundation funds including preparation of offer letters, grant agreements and receive, check and file performance reports.
- Monitor the submission of performance reports against deadlines, liaising with other business areas as required.
- Perform budget management activities, including administering payments for approved projects.
- Support with the monitoring of “larger” Communities Fund Projects.
- Monitor the Riverside Foundation electronic mailbox and deal with all incoming communications appropriately.
- Manage the Foundation’s filing system to ensure record keeping is efficient, robust and secure.

Assist Foundation Project Co-ordinator to support Trustee Board:

- Support the Foundation Project Co-ordinator to develop agendas for meetings and in the production of report packs.
- Organise and coordinate events including meetings and conferences; booking venues, accommodation, catering, transportation, and any other resources to ensure they meet requirements and operate efficiently.
- Process expense claims in respect of Foundation business.

Promote the work of the Foundation internally and to wider organisations:

- Provide support to the Foundation Project Coordinator to actively publicise the work of the Foundation both internally and externally.
- Support to maintain the Riverside Foundation webpage.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Respond flexibly to any necessary changes to work priorities and undertake other duties when required to support the effective operation of the service.

**Essential**
- Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements.
- Experience of organising meetings and liaising with suppliers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Results focused with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.

Desirable
- Experience of working with charities and/or community groups.
