'The client is the UK’s largest privately-owned contract hire and fleet management specialist, having served companies with cars and light commercial vehicle fleets since 1981.

The main job role is assisting with all the departmental admin tasks on a daily basis.

Duties include:

- Arranging deliveries/collections
- E-mail suppliers regarding purchasing which will include updates/demos etc.
- E-mail customers/suppliers chasing updates
- Process daily rental invoices
- Be overflow for all departmental phone calls
- Carry any other admin tasks for the department
- Support the Group to help achieve/reach business goals and objectives set
- To be conversant and comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements published by the company
- Carry out all processes in accordance with the relevant Company’s ISO procedures and work instructions
- In addition to the responsibilities above, the job holder is required to carry out other duties as assigned by the manager from time to time
- To operate in a safe and responsible manner at all times
