Our client, a highly successful Private Equity firm, are seeking the consummate professional and excellent EA to support their Investment Team. Due to the team being at capacity and the immediate need, this is a temp role with exciting opportunities.

This is the perfect role for an EA with solid experience looking to take the next step in their career and develop their skills, the successful EA will be based in gorgeous West End offices (please note this role is office based).

Our client offers amazing perks and truly invests in their support team, you will be joining a supportive, ambitious, and excellent team. The role will develop and evolve over time, offering progression and taking the lead on projects.

Key for the role is positive attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile

**Responsibilities**:

- Diary management - scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Inbox management - flag, monitor and responding where appropriate.
- Meeting management - scheduling, preparing rooms and documentation, taking minutes and following up on any action points.
- Extensive telephone liaison at all levels.
- Acting as the point of contact.
- Managing logistics for all national and international travel arrangements.
- Compiling itineraries and agendas.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Hospitality and event management.
- Processing invoices and expenses.
- Ad hoc research and team support.
- Ad hoc private assistance and liaison.
