We are partnering with a leading private equity firm that is looking to hire a Fund Accountant into their finance function. This position sits within a lean team and will allow for a wide breadth of responsibilities across finance, including fund finance, financial statements, investor requests, and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities
  • Assisting the finance team with the preparation of financial statements and period-end journals
  • Recording bank transactions and performing regular bank reconciliations
  • Fund accounting and financial analysis
  • Supporting the Financial Director with ad-hoc investor requests
  • Performing various ad-hoc tasks across the finance team

Requirements
  • Qualified or part-qualified Chartered Accountant
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • A sound understanding of accounting principles
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail
  • A high level of professionalism
  • Energy and drive
