European Private Equity Firm Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Communications Manager to join our team at a fast-growing European private equity firm. The successful candidate will be based in London or remotely and will work closely with our partners and broader organisation across Europe.
The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and improving content, as well as assisting the firm with wider initiatives such as the organisation of annual investor events and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Crafting and reviewing key investor materials such as pitches, case studies, newsletters and ESG reports
- Coordinating with the investment team to produce case studies of investments and deal reviews of successful exits
- Coordinating communication channels including investor newsletters, website, and other means of content dissemination
- Planning and execution of the communication strategy with current and potential LP base
- Working in close collaboration with senior management in the organisation of investor days, annual conferences and other key stakeholder events
Requirements
- Strong academic background with demonstrable experience in PR and Financial Communications, Strategic Consulting or Marketing and Communications
- Knowledge of or exposure to private equity or private markets
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with ability to develop narrative and stories effectively
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a remote set up from London and coordinate workstreams across different teams
- Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
- German language skills would be beneficial but not essential
