Lead Portfolio Strategist for Private Equity Firm in London

We are seeking an experienced Lead Portfolio Strategist to join our client, a leading private equity firm based in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving value creation and growth across the portfolio.
About Our ClientOur client is a highly successful private equity firm with a strong track record of delivering returns to investors. They are committed to building a world-class portfolio team and are looking for a talented individual to help drive their growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute value creation strategies across the portfolio, working closely with the investment team.
- Drive best practice and consistency of approach across the portfolio, tracking performance against project plans.
- Lead ad-hoc projects across the portfolio, building strong relationships with CEOs, Chairs and senior management team members.
- Relevant experience as a private equity investor or in a value creation role, with a proven ability to drive business change programmes and deliver added value outcomes.
- Commercial application of knowledge of the growth industry, with a clear and demonstrable strategic mindset.
- Ability to identify and define business questions and issues, and develop strategic, analytical and financial frameworks to conduct analysis.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a leading private equity firm and drive growth across their portfolio.
