**Description**

HR Administration Manager:
Manage the operational aspects of Payroll and HR Administration with the Shared Service provider including supporting with the robust contract management and audit of these functions.
- Challenge the contractor on poor performance and monitor satisfactory improvement.
- Contribute to action plans to remedy issues.
- Manage, develop and design Key Performance Indicators.
- Manage financial aspects of the contract to ensure cost reduction plans are realised.
- Meet with outsourced Shared Service Provider's Payroll and HR Administration leads monthly to provide feedback, analyse actions plans, monitor and develop areas for improvement and agree change plans.
- Review/redesign services where appropriate.
- Manage the HR and Payroll administration team.

**Profile**

HR Administration Manager:

- Understanding payroll essential.
- Understanding of ESR essential.
- Previous role in the NHS/healthcare sector.
- Knowledge on policies and employment law.
- Able to deliver an excellent service.
- Managerial and leadership skills.
