**HR ADMINISTRATOR**

This is an exciting to support a company aiming to help Africa for the better, by investing in infrastructure as a HR administrator

**HR ADMINISTRATOR**
- Owning all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance reviews, engagement surveys, learning and development, and offboarding.
- Maintaining HRIS, ensuring that all people data is accurate and updated in a timely manner
- Working with the Talent Partner to issue offer letters and employment contracts to all new starters and carry out pre-employment checks
- Coordinating inductions and creating a positive experience for all new starters
- Issuing all employee paperwork including pay, promotion, and contract amendment letters
- Owning all employee relations cases, providing advice and support to solve problems in a time-sensitive and professional manner, and liaising with external legal advisors when required
- Collating quarterly KPI data to update the People dashboard and make recommendations to leadership
- Managing the administration of benefits
- Ad-hoc office administration tasks on office days

**HR ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS**:

- 12 months experience managing the onboarding of new employees
- 12 months experience working in HR
- Excellent eye for detail
- Comfortable working with Excel
