We have an exciting opportunity for a **HR Change Business Partner** to join Freebridge Community Housing and be a critical support to the HR Business Partner in delivering the transformation of the business. Freebridge Community Housing is the largest provider of housing in West Norfolk, set up in 2006 to receive the transfer of homes from the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk. Today, we own and manage around 7,000 homes across West Norfolk, makinga difference to thousands of customers within communities across an area of almost 550 square miles. We have an annual turnover of £30m and employ well over 200 people, including our own Property Services team. Over the last 14 years, there have been numerousachievements, not least delivering our tenants' promises and bringing homes to the Decent Homes Standard, affording our customers a much better quality of living.

**Requirements**:

- Work with the Change and Transformation Lead and the HR Business Partner to deliver the change programme
- Lead on delivering the process for managing the transition of services, roles and people to new business functions in the business change programme
- Carry out risk and impact assessments on changes, establishing risks to the business and making recommendations on suitable solutions
- Work with the HR Business Partner to deliver people services, communication and engagement plans to ensure all people-related transformational change is delivered with clarity and on time. Use a range of formats to do this, e.g. workshops, drop-in session's,setting up dynamic Q&A; using in-person and digital mediums
- Work with leaders to deliver restructuring including producing relevant materials, designing, leading and supporting the consultation process covering individual and collective consultation approaches

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Experience of Transformation and Organisational Design
- Chartered membership of the CIPD or equivalent experience
- Ability to provide in depth practical knowledge to employees at all levels across the organisation
- Experience of Training and development solutions and delivery
