With more than 4,000 staff and volunteers, approximately 530 beds, and a helipad for air ambulances, we work with neighbouring hospitals for the provision of tertiary services, including as part of regional partnership and network models of care, such as the trauma network. Some specialist services and clinics are provided in community facilities, such as our North Cambridgeshire Hospital in Wisbech.

Here at QEHKL our shared values of Kindness, Fairness, and Wellness, flow through the organisation, and these values shape how we deliver our NHS services in the local community, and help us deliver our vision to be the best rural District General Hospital for patient and staff experience.

We value diversity and recognise that the people who work for us are our greatest asset, and when they feel supported and happy in work this positivity reaches those very people we are here for - patients and their families.
