This is a pivotal time to join the Trust with the future opening of the brand-new Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH). This will create opportunity for you to expand and build on your HR career as we support the Trust in the delivery of opening MMUH.

We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and team working skills, is confident, calm, and professional and open to new challenges in order to fully develop your skills and progress your career.

You must have experience of providing first line HR advice to managers and employees on a range of Organisational Change matters be educated to degree level with evidence of continuing professional development within the field of HR (part CIPD qualified). In addition, you must possess excellent IT skills with the ability to use all Microsoft office systems.

This is a fixed Term post until August 2024, secondment opportunities will also be considered, the role will include a combination of multi-site working and home workin

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Support the Head of Workforce Transformation in the delivery of highly specialist and complex organisational change. This will involve ensuring the effective implementation and oversight of key workforce transformation objectives
- Support the development and implementation of organisational change methodologies to be adopted across the organisation, working alongside key stakeholders.
- Provide HR expertise to the Trust, advising on all aspects of organisational change.
- Provide day to day supervision and support of team members, ensuring that expected work outputs, standards and KPIs are adhered to.
- Work in partnership with key stakeholders to identify and deliver effective solutions which improve organisational effectiveness and that facilitate meaningful organisational change.
- To provide timely, responsive specialist advice on organisational change; assessing where the focus needs to be depending on key insights and assigning appropriate resource accordingly.

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust (SWBT) is an integrated care organisation with a budget of approximately £600 million and over 7,000 staff.
