**Site Administrator**

**Working within a busy Site Team in the construction industry, you will support the operation by providing site administration to the Manager along with issuing tickets to customers and internal vehicles for sales and stock movements. You will be trained on our diverse range of company products, consisting of construction aggregates and recycled materials. You will be dealing with our site team as well as working with our customers.**

**The role**
- Operation of Weighbridge and inspection of loads in and out, generating Weighbridge Tickets to fully record all incoming and outgoing loads, whether sales or stock, Scanning of tickets for Account
- Dealing with customer orders as required
- Dealing with Cash Sales to correctly record and account for all payments received
- Reconciliation of Cash Sales including payments by cheque, credit card and cash
- Providing admin support to the site manager as required

The role will be full time 47.5 hours per week in our Caird Avenue Site, in New Milton, working between 7am and 5pm, you will be required to work Saturdays once fully trained, 7am to 12.00 noon paid at overtime rate.
