**Position: Insurance Administrator**
**Location: New Milton**
**Contract: 3 months Fixed Term Contract**
**Hours: 35 hours per wee**k
**Salary: £24,000 per annum (Pro-Rata)**
Our client based in New Milton are a highly respected, trusted broker specialising in providing comprehensive insurance cover for property and resident management companies. They offer a range of insurance products to a diverse range of businesses and customers.
As an Insurance Administrator, you will be contributing to a well-respected and trusted insurance broker with a friendly and dedicated team, that provides cover for properties, large or small.
**Main Purpose of Job**
- Ensuring compliance with FCA requirements
- Ensuring policy and client records are kept up to date and contain required information.
- Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing a superior service to all internal and external customers
- Supporting others in the team
- Liaising with clients, brokers, and insurers in the administration of contracts of insurance
- Preparing new business & renewal terms and quotations
**Experience Required**
- A high degree of organisation and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail is important in conjunction with excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Previous administration experience preferred.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
