Website Administrator

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily running of our website
- Support the development and implementation of digital and social media plans.
- Create engaging content based on analytics, trends and customer activity
- E-Commerce customer service - become the first point of contact for customer enquiries and follow up on each of these in a timely manner.
- Process customer orders
- Provide sales support to the sales team

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Web based experience desirable but full training will be given
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong IT Skills

**The Person**:

- Pro-active and highly motivated team player
- Self-motivation, good organisation and time management are critical.
- Eye for design/creativity (e.g. promotional material)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a full-time permanent position based in our Ballymena head office.

Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00 pm

Competitive salary dependent on experience

29 Days holidays/year
