Today, as a member of the Luxury Scotland, Fonab Castle continues to offer an array of attractions, including 5-star luxury accommodation, some of the best dining experiences in Scotland, the health spa, and an exhilarating array of outdoor activities. Today our magnificent Castle has 42 bedrooms and recently undertaken a 3-million-pound development.

Dunkeld House Hotel boasts an unrivalled experience of Scottish country living. Our four-star luxury hotel sits on 280 acres of well-maintained and natural woodland and overlooks the wide and fast-flowing River Tay. With 98 bedrooms, gym, spa facilities, and a selection of conference and event facilities to accommodate weddings, private functions, and business services.

**The Role**:

- Management of all operational and financial aspects of the spa and club for both Fonab Castle & Dunkeld House Hotel
- To ensure that guests and members receive an efficient, friendly, consistent, and personalised service from yourself and all members of the team
- Work with Hotel General Managers to ensure timely and appropriate sales & marketing activities
- Conduct spa tours for prospective members, guests, and VIP’s
- Management of all statutory and company regulations relating to health & safety, hygiene, fire, and emergency procedures
- Delivery of high-level treatments
- To ensure that spa security is always maintained
- Managing and developing a team of 10+ for each hotel, through training, guidance, and good communication
- Administration of team matters such as absence management, appraisals, annual leave requests, disciplinary, grievance and performance management
- Work with the human resources department to ensure the management of the department recruitment process

**The Person**:

- Experience working within a high-end spa/leisure club is essential
- Qualified to SVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- A working knowledge of the Ishga skincare range would be desirable
- Strong customer service and time management skills, an attention to detail and good communication skills are vital
- Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and a natural engaging leader
