Reservationist

Today our magnificent Castle has 42 bedrooms and recently undertaken a 3-million-pound development.

**The Role**:

- Process client bedroom reservations in line with company procedures
- Maintain a good knowledge of the hotels services and current packages/room rates in order to deal with daily client bookings and enquiries
- Carry out any additional duties required by the Reception Manager.

**The Person**:

- Previous experience of working in a similar role would be preferred, but it is not essential as full training will be provided
- No qualifications necessary, however a basic understanding of Maths and English is required
- Strong customer service skills, an attention to detail and good communication skills are vital
- Must be smart and well presented
- Ability to work well as a member of the team and hotel family
- Committed to professional excellence.
