Kitchen Porter

Today our magnificent Castle has 42 bedrooms and recently undertaken a 3-million-pound development.

**The role**:

- Operate dishwasher to clean crockery and cutlery.
- Carry out cleaning tasks including washing pots and pans and cleaning food preparation areas and equipment.
- Unload food deliveries.
- Ensure all work surfaces, walls and floors are clean and sanitised.
- Carry out any additional duties instructed by the Head Chef.

**The Person**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred however consideration will be given to those with the right attitude looking for their first hotel role
- Able to work some evenings & weekends
- A friendly and polite demeanour
