The International Public Relations team exists to develop and lead transformative two-way communications between the Global PR team and in-market PR leaders, helping to create a connected community of storytellers.

The International PR team leads our global media relations and is responsible for the PR function's planning and processes; covering market participation in events, launches and drive programmes, budget coordination, liaison with international PR contacts, managing market media visits, management of the global PR calendar, as well as leading in the delivery of a consistent tone of voice across all PR content and activities. The role of the Press Officer will be varied and will cover some form of involvement in all of these areas.

**WHAT YOU-LL NEED**
- Act as the regular contact for communication between the International Markets and Global PR team; supporting bi-weekly alignment calls, delivery of quarterly meetings with our PR Council and wider PR teams, taking minutes and updating actions.
- Global media engagement, working closely with Corporate and product teams in responding to media and market PR enquiries, managing request for comment, assets and interview requests etc.
- Support the International PR Global One Voice communications channel. Ensuring press releases and assets to markets are sent in a timely manner, with consistent messaging, style and tone of voice across all communications.
- Supporting with the press release approval process.
- Responsible for running the global PR calendar - ensuring it is continually updated by stakeholders and accurate, editing to ensure consistency of tone etc., as required.
- Work with the wider PR and events team and market PR leads to support event logistics, ensuring information provided in timely and accurate.
- Support the forward budget planner process for markets, looking 1 - 3 years in advance and maintaining an overview of current budget status.
- Collaborate with departmental colleagues and participate in special projects and other duties as assigned, e.g., media monitoring, updating the awards tracker and keeping up-to-date the who's who directory.

- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders and external contacts
- Exemplary communication - both spoken and written
- Dependable team player with a customer first mindset
- Must be trustworthy, flexible and respond well to working under pressure
- Numeracy and budgeting skills
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Highly organised with a keen eye for attention to detail
