**Role Description**:
Elevated Technology Services provides bespoke and tailored services to colleagues whose roles require a different Technology approach. Broadly speaking these are the Executives & senior management, Traders, colleagues who interface with high revenue generating customers and colleagues who have assistive technology requirements. We also own the Innovation Showroom.

The Technology Specialist, Executive Technology Services will be responsible for servicing the day to day needs of HSBCs Executives (Top 100), delivering a perfect technology experience. It is a fast paced environment, ensuring the needs of the Executives are met no matter where in the world they are, which technology they are interacting with or what time of day it is.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for any technology questions or new requirements of HSBC Executives, their EAs and the Board.
- Provide remote and deskside troubleshooting assistance
- Provide Meetings and Event planning and delivery and proactive monitoring and remediation of technology
- Provide guidance on any topic which will enhance technology interaction
- Lead and deliver projects as required from time to time
- Drive change with technology teams internally and externally to ensure the best possible service to our Execs
- Work within a shift pattern covering 7am-7pm Monday-Friday, but be available to work outside of these hours as required.
- Be available to perform on-call support outside of core hours.
Requirements
- Must have excellent commination skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills
- Experience within a large scale enterprise business is essential
- Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities to identify root cause of an issue and rectify.
- Ability to understand high level business requirements and translate them into a deliverable.
- Technical, logical thought process and in-depth knowledge of:

- Windows 10
- Apple Mac
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Zoom
- Meeting & Event delivery
- Mobile Devices, iOS & Android + Microsoft Intune and BlackBerry UEM

Role to be based in London - Hybrid and flexible working on a rotational basis as business demand allows
