**What you’ll do**

This role sits in the Central Operations team within the Sales organisation in Vodafone Business and is assigned to Project Victoria.

Project Victoria is a transformation programme managed by the Digital Data and Transformation team which will migrate all mobile Business Customers from legacy billing platforms to the CCS platform.

The Channel Implementation Specialist in the key conduit for the Business Sales area within Project Victoria. They will enable understanding of the change by explaining the ‘as is’ way of working and the impact of the ‘to be’ process on the sales area. They will provide expert knowledge about Business Sales processes and systems to ensure that the design of new capability is fit for purpose and will enable a good customer and sales agent experience.
- Represent Sales by providing expert knowledge about the sales function and all its policies, processes, procedures, and systems. Provides a two-way communication channel for queries, input, and feedback.
- Collaborate with Product owners to analyse proposed designs, make recommendations based on the impacted Sales journeys, clearly articulating the impact of moving from ‘as is’ to ‘to be’ and act as point of sign off for designs.
- Analyse solutions and designs, challenges status quo and offers alternative solutions or options, keeping in mind customer and agent experience as well as project objectives.
- Work closely with the Sales readiness lead, balancing project priorities, ensuring all sales requirements are covered and enabling the Readiness Lead to plan effectively.
- Collaborate closely with service design and process specialists to ensure the documented sales journey and associated work instructions meet the needs of Sales.
- Play an active role in deployment and readiness activities - e.g. support with training needs analysis and training planning and delivery. Input into testing and pilot requirements and delivery. Involvement in Hypercare to fully embed the change into the sales area.
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating for support where required.

- Detailed and expert working knowledge of the Business Sales organisation, processes, and systems
- Thorough and methodical approach to understanding the E2E customer journey & experience, strong customer focus.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities for improvement to Sales ways of working.
- Problem solving and analytical skills - able to work through complex issues, adept at collaborating to identify optimal solutions. Comfortable with taking decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, up to senior level. Influencing skills.
