Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to deliver marketing strategy and drive business growth.
  • Create compelling content to drive lead generation and conversions, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, both organic and paid, to reach target audiences.
  • Develop market automation journeys for retargeting and upsell purposes to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain an up-to-date marketing activity schedule to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Perform regular analysis and reporting on marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding organisational and planning abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative design skills using Canva or a similar platform to create visually appealing content.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines to ensure campaign success.
  • Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Proficient in collecting and analysing numerical data to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Education:

  • Marketing, English, or Business Studies Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in digital marketing, marketing campaigns, or marketing communications.

Advantageous:

  • Experience with Zoho CRM or a similar platform to manage customer relationships and interactions.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or a similar platform to create and manage website content.
  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment, with knowledge of telecoms, SaaS, and channel marketing.
  • Relevant marketing qualification, such as CIM or equivalent, to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Full, clean driving licence to travel to client sites, if required.
