**The Role**:
Personio is growing rapidly. With that growth comes the increasing demand for data to support decision-making, set and track goals, predict the future and automate processes. In order to meet that demand, Data is on a mission to enable better decisions within the company.
Personio is looking for a Head of GTM Data with a strong track record of developing and evolving analytics capabilities and funnel optimization in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives. This position reports to the VP of Data and will be highly visible within the GTM executive and senior leadership teams.
As the head of this function, you have the opportunity to lead a team who is key in developing reports and providing insights around the marketing funnel (Return on Acquisition, Demand Gen Marketing performance, Account Based Marketing) and sales processes (revenue forecasting, performance to Quota).
You will partner closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams to align on goals, identify growth opportunities, and build strategy and operations to drive the growth of Personio. The GTM teams rely heavily on analytics to inform their data-driven decision-making processes, and the role requires excellent systems, analytical, and communication skills. Your data-driven acumen and experimentation mindset will be critical to our success, as we aim to innovate and scale our business.

Insights**: You and your team will generate actionable insights that enable our sales teams to make data-driven decisions and achieve our business goals. You will also own the build and presentation of clear narratives on sales performance in MBR/QBR formats to a broad audience.
- ** Leadership**:You will lead, manage, and coach a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and impact.
- ** Strategy**: You will drive the creation and implementation of the analytical vision to closely align with the business needs in order to maximize efficiency and support the GTM growth. By proactively engaging with our executive team to communicate the impact and value of our data activities and insights, you will be expected to provide guidance for strategic and operational decision-making.
- ** Stakeholder management**: You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including sales executives, sales and marketing process owners, and our central data team, to understand their needs, prioritize projects, communicate recommendations, and support their adoption

**What you need to succeed**:
- 10+ years of experience working in and leading a Go-to-Market analytics team with a proven track record of driving impact.
- You have a background in a quantitative field such as computer science, business informatics, statistics, physics, or math.
- You have demonstrated experience and success in leading data teams that have delivered measurable business results through their insights and data products. You know to act as a mentor to support career progression.
- You have worked in a hyper-growth B2B SaaS business before, investment banking or consulting.
- You have experience working with executive-level business stakeholders and are able to concisely communicate and influence them.
- You have profound knowledge of Python and SQL, as well as experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- You have strong knowledge of GTM operational software such as Salesforce or HubSpot and experience developing a data strategy based on those data sources.
- You have experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies and are able to implement a culture of experimentation to drive continuous improvement in sales and marketing processes.
